| Suranjan completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Ohio State University in December 2022. During this time, he worked on the development and application of continuum solvation models. He joined the lab in February 2023. He is currently working on integration of Pytorch with effective fragment potential library to establish the ML/EFP scheme.

Isaac Ofori

| Isaac completed a BSc. Chemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. During this time he studied the  mechanism of selected organic reactions focusing on the origin of unique reactivity and selectivity. Isaac joined the lab in August 2022. He is currently studying vibronic interactions in photosynthetic complexes. His work revolves around using QM/MM and QM/EFP techniques to understand this dynamics in photosytems.

Satarupa Gupta

| Satarupa completed her undergrad from Jadavpur University, India, and her Masters in Chemistry from IIT Bhubaneswar, India. During her masters, she worked on a Python code to simulate photodissociation dynamics of the Criegee Intermediate using a Gaussian wave packet approach. She joined Purdue in Fall 2022. In the Slipchenko group, Satarupa works on developing computationally tractable approaches to accurately predict crystal lattice energies. The aim is to generate a crystal structure prediction (CSP) model which helps predict the correct crystal structure that a molecule has under ambient condition, which is one of the fundamentally challenging problems in the natural sciences.

| Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, KNUST Ghana. Undergraduate research was focused on investigating the reaction pathway of organometallic compounds to aid synthesize carbohydrates. Currently, Michael's Graduate research is focused on spectral prediction of Water Soluble Chlorophyll Proteins (WSCP) and also investigating the interaction between drug molecules and proteins in a biological system.

Richmond Arhin

| Richmond received his BSc in Chemistry from KNUST, Ghana. In Ghana, he worked on DFT calculations on small but pharmacologically relevant organic molecules, and explored theoretical insights into reaction mechanisms and selectivities. Currently, Richmond is involved with developing an optimised workflow for the computational mutagenesis pipeline with the Fenna-Matthews-Olson (FMO) pigment protein complex.
